Tilley Workforce Solutions has been retained by a U.S. manufacturer innovating in the site-furnishings industry for more than 55 years to recruit a Segment Leader to drive strategy, growth, and profitability for key business segments in Government & Education and Construction Development.

The Role
The Segment Leader is responsible for full P&L ownership, strategic planning, and execution across assigned markets. This executive-level position leads cross-functional teams in sales, customer experience, and product development — ensuring top- and bottom-line growth while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full P&L accountability for the segment – Develop and execute annual business plans and scorecard metrics
- Build and lead high-performing teams, recruiting and developing “A” player
- Drive customer strategy, product innovation, and operational alignment
- Strengthen key customer relationships and lead market growth initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership in production, finance, and quality to deliver results
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s preferred
- 3–5 years of successful senior-level leadership experience
- Proven record of driving growth and profitability
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic-planning skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, B2B sales, and product development
